GCT Vanterm

To support a growing workforce at Canada’s largest maritime terminal, this project upgrades and expands operational spaces. It includes 3,500 ft² of renovated maintenance areas, a new 3,800 ft² double-bay service facility with efficient lighting and heating, and 6,000 ft² of new office, lunchroom, and washroom space. Site improvements include LED lighting upgrades and enhanced spill containment to protect Burrard Inlet.
