The Pacific Drive renovation in the English Bluff neighbourhood had an understated yellow-beige 70's home, surrounded by mature evergreens, overlooking the Strait of Georgia, as its starting point. The design envisioned a 3 part renovation scheme: 1) comprehensive exterior update 2) rear garden upgrade 3) introduction of a rooftop patio and lounge. The exterior has been updated with local stone and cedar, fibre cement panels, large windows, and frosted glass guards.
