Hillcrest

The Hillcrest apartment building is a 6 storey, 58 unit apartment building on Hillcrest Avenue in Abbotsford. The pan-handle geometry of the site offered unusual opportunity for increased outdoor amenity relative to the status quo for the area. All units feature large private outdoor areas and a variety of communal spaces present residents of all ages the chance to interact and engage with their community. Through it's decidedly more contemporary feel than similar developments in the area, and through its extensive introduction of amenity opportunity, the Hillcrest project hopes to set a new standard for this type of development in the surrounding community.
