Located near the suburban centre of Ladner Village, the Delta Christian School has been struggling to accommodate a steady student-body growth, and is getting ready to expand their facilities. A two storey addition will be connected to the original school building with a glazed link. The design must respond to the unusual constraint that the existing school is divided into three buildings by firewalls to permit combustible structure without an automatic fire suppressions system.
