The Corbould residences are a complementary pair of contemporary west-coast homes designed for a marquee waterfront site in Tsawwassen's Boundary Bay beachside community. The property owners constructed one home for themselves and subdivided off a secondary lot to build a smaller home to help offset the costs of their own home. With stunning views across the bay, these homes feature floor to ceiling glazing in both public and private areas, while strategically using opaque planes to improve privacy and prevent unwanted overlook.
